ALOHA Kakou, e Hawaii !

I had a Great Day in the State Court today,

Tuesday. As all charges against me for driving

my "Honey Boy" van were dismissed. I still

have one more Trial to attend to address those

charges dealing with my Arrest for driving

"Honey Boy" on lands of our Hawaii, the

Hawaiian Kingdom.

Mahalo nui loa to Pono who was there with

me in the Court today. My Special Mahalo

Nui Loa to Kekapukainohea for his full support

for the revival of our nation, the Hawaiian

Kingdom. As a Kupuna I'm so greatful and

proud to have Kekapukainohea on the Path

that Pono and I are on.

Mahalo nui loa to all for your support and

keeping me in your thoughts (please, no prayers

to "Sweet Jesus") during this time in my life.

One down and One more to go as I have another

Court Date August 11 Tuesday. I am calling for

reinforcements from Kaua'i.

"VICTORY" -- The Court backed down !!

When Kekapukainohea "Bradda Kai" said to

me that he wanted to call me Kupuna,

I explained to him that in the pass I do not

allow anyone to call me "Kupuna" ! That I hold

being a Kupuna to be very special and sacred.

This is me and the deep ALOHA that I have for

my Grandmother. I was raised by my Grandmother.

I was a child and with my Grandmother

when she wrote the song,

ALOHA KU'U 'AINA HAWAI'I. After sharing

my mana'o i'o with Kekapukainohea on being

called a Kupuna, I am honored to be the Kupuna

of Kekapukainohea. As the Kupuna of

Kekapukainohea, we are Ohana. We are of

the same mind and spirit of my Grandmother.

I have begun to share with Kekapukainohea

all the ALOHA of my Grandmother that she

shared with me as a child and continue to share

with me every day of my life.

My Grandmother was completely against

Statehood for Hawaii. After reading the Apology

Resolution, it was the Spirit of my Grandmother

that lead me to Renounce my citizenship to the

United States in 1993. Since my renouncement

I have gone home to my country, the Hawaiian

Kingdom whose lawful government was

overthrown thru an Act of War by the United

States on January 16, 1893.

I will be going before the State of Hawaii Courts

as a Hawaiian National who was wrongfully

arrested while driving my "Honey Boy" van on

lands of my country, the Hawaiian Kingdom.

With me will be the Spirit of my Grandmother

and Kekapukainohea as he is not able to be

in court. As many of you may know,

Kekapukainohea is stationed at Kaneohe Base.

As I go before the Courts of the HEWA State of

Hawaii, I asked that you keep me and my

Grandmother in your thoughts. As I know that

I do have the ALOHA of many of you which is

very special and sacred to me at this time in my life.

The Revival of our nation, the Hawaiian Kingdom, grows stronger

every day. Kekapukainohea and I spent another great 3 day

Weekend reaching out to all who support the Revival of our

Hawaii. Beginning first at the Statue of Duke Kahanamoku in

Waikiki to enjoying the Kai at Nanakuli. Celebrating the

Weekend as we always do with a Poi Supper. An Ohana Tradition

that Kekapukainohea and I have begun. Today, Monday I'll

continue the Path in Waikiki at the Statue of Duke.
